Past: It was at this point that the human world was running low on funds, scientists were losing equipment and workers and research as the expences grew higher. The economy was dropping, if only they had a money tree. Or perhaps, a money human? It was a risky idea, creating a hybrid that created diamonds out of air. But they needed to try, to try and save the economy and get it out of its recession. At this time, Ebony was around a year and a half, she was being raised by nuns among the many other abandoned children. The parents were never found or even identified, Ebony was the story book tale of a baby being found on the foot of the church doors. 
A pair of scientists decided she would be the perfect subject for the experiment, no relatives no family, nobody. So they adopted her, but did not give her any family love or recognition that she was another human. She was just a test experiment, being poked by needles getting her genetics all round up and changed and prodded at. But her attitude and personality never wavered, she was always a quiet patient little girl who no matter how hurt she got never got mad at the scientists.

Because of that the scientists were starting to grow soft on her a bit, treating her a little less than just an experiment but their precious child. Their 'creation', it wasn't a family like love but it was better than nothing. At her first few years of becoming a 'hybrid' her powers and her body were out of control and hazardous, she would get sick often and jewels would force themselves through her skin breaking it and often making her bleed a lot. When she had a fever and would sweat she would sweat little jewels, while this was torture for her, this was heaven for the scientists. The jewels wouldn't disappear they would be worth hundreds and Ebony's pain was funding the science. When she reached her prepubescent years she was able to control the jewel making all the way down to a low, where she would be able to decide if she wanted to make jewels solid or just a temporary eye candy.

At age 18, Ebony decided to start protesting against the scientists she grew up with. She was not a tool for their luxury, she refused to make diamonds for them. In fact she refused to make diamonds ever again for anyone's leisure, the scientists then decided that she was a failure and sent her to Eden to fend on her own. She did just that and found a way to live on just being another hybrid, another person. 

The Purge was the worst time of Ebony's life, just as it was beginning she was trying to pull herself out of an abusive relationship. All the male wanted was her diamonds, her fame, her wealth, he wanted nothing else from her. So when she just managed to get rid of him and restart her life, the purge came and robbed her of everything. Her confidence, her safety, her assurance of the city. But then.. she met someone..

Present: After the purge, Ebony had strong confidence she hadn't had since she went against the scientists in her past. She decided to try to hit it big going for big markets as a top model of Gutter City. A face recognized on TV, someone who brings new fashion to the city. Bring smiles upon the citizen, brings a smile upon herself. But she made sure not to let herself drown in luxury, she lives in a small formidable home with two cats and just a nice view on the outlooks of the city. A place unknown to paparazzi and fans...but she's looking for someone..a certain someone.
